Built on the site that housed Alexandra Distripark, the development features a 7.75-metre tall double-volume lobby, providing expansive views of the surrounding gardens. For its outstanding use of BIM technology to precisely solve complex issues, the project was conferred the BCA BIM Platinum Award in 2015.
