The vision for the development is to create a welcoming space for both employees and visitors.
Sustainability is the main design consideration which drives the function and space to optimize design performance. The building adopts an open space office concept, naturally ventilated podium for landscaping, gathering and exhibition spaces, and plenty of quality natural daylight usage. North & south facades consists of glazing and green balconies while the east and west façades are designed with double skin, fins and creeper plants.
Through the implementation of energy efficient design strategies, it is also envisaged that energy consumption of the building will be reduced.
