The staggered arrangements of the residential towers facilitate a benign scale while maintaining visual connectivity towards the sea. The essential aspect in all of these towers is the way they are enliven without disturbing an overall calmness. Rhythmic play at multiple scales brings a never-ending animation to the towers. A series of random cantilevered open boxes, in the form of balconies, varied in size and extended in deferring lengths provide reliefs to the otherwise static façade.
