Integrating two main community and social facilities in one development, this 5-storey, multi-agency collaboration project of approximately 11,400sqm GFA aims to provide a shared communal experience for the residents of Sengkang West with its large atrium, a spacious hawker centre, a variety of activity spaces, and an outdoor roof garden next to the childcare centre.
The public project adopts high impact construction technologies by its predominant use of structural steel, precast columns and slabs, volumetric prefabrication for the cooked food and market stalls, as well as integrating MEP services in prefabricated walls, in line with the national productivity drive.
