Grand Shamaya is a high-end residential development situated in Surabaya’s CBD. It comprises 5 residential towers ranging from 50 to 56 storeys with over 200,000 sq m of total GFA and 195 m building height.
The towers are carefully orientated to maximise building separation and outlook while maintaining north-south orientation. The design drew inspiration from the Bamboo forest to create expressive image of this new icon of Surabaya, and the development introduces greenery at multiple levels to create an oasis, with the five towers connected by an e-deck, sky gardens and sky bridges in multiple levels.
