Situated in KangkarPulaiin Johor Bahru, the intent was to integrate nature into the design of the 348 units landed strata cluster development.
Surrounded by a perimeter of trees and plantings that serves as a green barrier filtering out the noise from the adjacent roads, visitors are greeted by a prominent gateway structure which marks the development entrance which then lead them to strips of natural landscapes that are weaved into housing clusters to create a soft, natural environment.
The integration of nature is further brought into the design of the units. The layout of each unit connects the main internal living areas within with the external garden area to amplify the spatial experience.
