The Soleil is a 34-hectare mixed-use development located along the scenic Bai Tam Pham Beach, Danang with residential, hotel and office component integrated with a commercial podium.
The development includes 3 residential towers consist of a total of 2,500 units, 1 hotel tower of 700 keys, on a 4-storey commercial podium with leasing retail space, F&B etc. Residential facilities are integrated on the landscape podium roof with clubhouses, swimming pools, etc. Sky-bridges are designed at intermediate levels linking one residential tower to another.
The tower design adopts an organic and undulating facade, echoing the form of a sea coral.
